Kolbi Brost, DC, DACNB, (Doctor of Chiropractic & Diplomate of The American Chiropractic Neurology Board), has been in practice since August 1998. She has been the heart of Brost Chiropractic Wellness Center in Calgary since September 2003. Her love of neurology-based chiropractic is what drives her passion in helping patients reach their wellness goals.

First Visit - Initial Paper Work
Upon entering our Calgary office, we have some paperwork for you to fill out. The paperwork provides us with thorough information about yourself, your condition, and your history. Please call (403) 520-5265 to find a suitable time for your New Patient Exam.

MVA & WCB: If you have been involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident please email us for all the forms that you will need. This will save time for you in the office. We are also a WCB approved centre. Please let us know before your appointment if you are claiming WCB.
Billing & Coverage
At our Center in Calgary, please bring your ALBERTA HEALTH CARD and, if relevant, any extended Insurance information you may have.
We offer direct billing as a courtesy to our patients. If your benefits do not cover the full amount, you will be responsible for the balance.
